Very short wait. Only three people, including myself in the waiting room. The nurse was very professional and asked many questions to help assess the reason for my visit…an infection in my left forearm due to a Cat bite. The Doctor, Jonathon Tan quickly came up with a plan to treat me and explained everything. He really did seem to care. After he treated me, he asked that I come back two days later for a quick visit so he could see if it was healing. Very pleased with everything.

I could have ask for better care than what I received at CareSpot in Apopka/Altamonte. The staff was beyond helpful. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I had previously gone to a CentraCare for the same reason, a physical and completion of documentation for school, CentraCare was not helpful at all. They did not even complete my physical or help with any of the documents, but they ended up charging me more and providing less. I will choose CareSpot every time for any of my urgent care needs from now on.
