timely appointments, fast service without waiting long. Convenient location too! Really liked the PA who serviced me. I liked that she told me what she was going to perform and how before she did it. (EX. when to insert the nasal swab and how it was going to feel). I wasn’t pleased with your front receptionist.. She was somewhat abrupt..too abrupt for me. Perhaps age is a factor on her behalf, but NOT AND EXCUSE for customer relations. You never know who will walk in for service! E. [LAST NAME REMOVED] MSN, Ed, RN
