We had an appointment at noon and walked right in. Staff was friendly and attentive. I received a text the next day asking if I had questions, I replied yes and was told someone would call me by end of day. Never heard back. Sent a text for negative test results – don’t know which test they are referring too, my daughter had three tests done. I understand times are tough but follow up is key. Please do what you say your going to do.

Professional, warm, friendly customer service from when you walk through the door and through the duration of your visit. The provider is always professional with a friendly, caring disposition. Service is thorough, quick but not rushed as I have been fortunate that the wait time is short usually 5 minutes. Staff thanks you for coming in and I am always glad to return. Thank you Med Post for continued excellent service!!!
