being the first time, at a Care Spot, everything ran well from registration, nursing, doctors, and xray tech – everyone was very helpful in their stage of the process and it didn’t take as long as we feared without an appointment to get in a started – our wait was only an hour and then we were in and out – thank your staff for service and professionalism – God’s blessings to them one and all

Because of Covid-19 I walked into you clinic at around 11:00AM with abdominal paint. You guys looked at me right away and say you couldn’t properly diagnose me and sent me to the surgery clinic up the street. At a little after 11:00PM the same day I went into the surgery at North Florida to have my appendix removed. Thanks for sending me to the right place promptly.

Both the NP and assistant were compassionate and very helpful. Even though I still need several tests done to find out what’s wrong with me, I felt better after going there because they made a lot of effort to help me figure out the next steps to take.
