Waiting room was clean, not crowded (I especially appreciated this during the pandemic), front desk assistant was efficient and very knowledgeable. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED HAVING MY COVID TEST PERFORMED BY A LICENSED MEDICAL STAFF MEMBER, Mike the PA was spectacular. I am an RN, my coworker was just diagnosed with COVID, over half of my unit was placed in quarantine. I did not have an appointment and Medpost immediately took me in as a walk in. This was very reassuring

Convenient location with ample parking nearby. Welcoming and helpful front desk staff. I’ve never had a wait time over ten minutes. Personal and knowledgeable medical staff.

The reception was very pleasant, the nurses that took the vital was great. The doctor bedside manner was not good at all . * Didn’t explain what he was going to be doing are even what to expect. * Didn’t say anything once he was done, when to expect the results. Just left the room. * Not good for someone having a test done for the frist time.
