I especially appreciated the attending physician and her breadth of knowledge and patience in explaining everything about my condition. I also appreciated that they took my appointment at short notice and were able to address my issues timely. The only constructive criticism I have is that I followed the instructions on the website and made my appointment and was told that it would be at a certain estimated time but I would be notified by email first. However, no one contacted me well after my estimated appointment time. I decided to show up at the MedPost site. I was then told that I would have to wait two more hours. Therefore, they do have issues with following their procedures for making appointments. Thank you.
