Friendly professional staff. Very patient and knowledgeable in providing answers to questions asked. Also went a step further in relieving any anxiety by explaining procedure before performing it. Strongly recommend the Surprise branch to family and friends.

I had a fever early in the morning. Right now with all the covid-19 infections I was afraid and wanted to get check out. I made an appointment for 12pm. I got there a bit early and was seen promptly. I’ve never been to this office but, will definitely recommend to anyone with concerns, not feeling well or not wanting to go to the emergency rooms. Thanks.
