Overall it was a good experience. Due to a large number of people waiting to see a doctor there was a long wait. I had made an appointment on line and still had to wait about an hour and a half. But the PA I saw was super ! Very easy to talk with, excellent listening and very clear information/recommendations. This is the type service that is needed and I really appreciate my decision to go there.

Facilities were very clean and inviting. Even though they were running 2 hours behind, Front desk receptionist was very pleasant and handled the visitors with extreme patience.

This is the third time I have been back in about a month! Two for a stubborn sinus infection, one for a fall on my shoulder. I love that you can make an appointment which cuts down on waiting time. Though if it is busy and I have time, I don’t mind waiting. The PA’s are always so nice and professional and know exactly what to do to help as I have experienced this far. Waiting room is a bit small and the demand around here is so high, another clinic not far away would be helpful. I highly recommend this service!

All the staff were very friendly, and assisted in whatever way possible. The process was fast and a much better experience than somewhere else I’d sought medical help from earlier that day. When people are feeling ill (but not bad enough that warrants a trip to the E.R) we don’t have the energy to run around trying to get the right medical attention… Care Spot, made sure I didn’t have to do that again and I’m very grateful for each person that assisted me when a great attitude.
