Your online ordering system was easy. When I called for more information on the Covid tests available, the person I spoke with was courteous and knowledgeable. We spoke with three people at your office – all were very considerate and personable. We got our Covid tests, and were able to get our results within the promised timeframe. I had a few questions, and your staff was very patient and gave me good information. Essentially, you and your staff gave me everything I would expect from a great company. I don’t find that to be the case very often these days. We just moved to this part of the city and I’m very glad to have found a clinic that’s so responsive. Thank you!
