I just don’ have any complaints. Well the bathroom was dirty, but it’s understandable. You’re very busy nowadays and people should take that into their own hands.

I was able to use their ‘get in line’ virtual placeholder so I didn’t have to physically wait onsite for hours to be seen for a Covid-19 test. I was free to leave and came back 5 minutes before my appointment time to update my information. Everyone was cheerful and it ran very well considering all the people their to be seen. Samantha, the PA, was extremely thorough with her examination which I wasn’t expecting as I was there just for the test because of a possible exposure days before. She told me exactly how the test is performed and when to expect the results as the labs are behind due to everyone being tested. Before I left, she gave me a handout with instructions where I can set up my own account with the lab to get my results directly. If I ever have an urgent need for medical care I would definitely come here.
