I had called a bunch of places and nobody was answering. So when they answered I was super happy. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and informative. He did tell me there was no appointment available until july 27th but for me to go online and check. When I did there was an appointment for that evening at 7pm. Which worked out perfectly for me. When I got there and checked in the girl at the front was very polite. And had me checked in in no time. When they called me to the back they had me in and out in less than 10-15 mins. The dr was super gentle and didnt hurt me at all. They made the process simple and quick and comfortable. I recommended them to some coworkers.

I was the first patient on a Saturday morning. The facility was sparkling clean, staff was appropriately professionally friendly. They attended to my injury quickly, but i did not feel rushed. I have recommended this MedPost to others since.

My wait was too long but, the people there were very attentive to my needs since I am disable. I still haven’t heard back about my results of my test yet. Which has left me anxious to know if I have the virus. I do feel much much better thou since taking the complete Z pac that was prescribed to me. I will be going back to Care Spot when I am in need of care from a doctor until I am able to get care from my own doctor.

Your techs (CNA, Nurse, RN) Whoever did our tests and saw us were a good team and got us through quickly once we finally got seen. My one complaint is that I had a 1:30 appointment. My mother had the 2:00, and her caretaker have the 2:15 slot and we weren’t taken back unto 2:30. I know things happen, but if you bother to make an appointment you should be seen a little sooner. They were running 3 appointments behind. Is it the end of the world? No, but I was in the waiting room longer than necessary.
