Friendly people quick service but it has been over a week and no tesults

Pleasant and professional staff from the receptionist to the treatment personnel. Room was comfortable and as neat as possible. A stream of elevator music would be nice. Am not acquainted with policy but would like to see preferred treatment of patients in pain that does not warrant a visit to the emergency room but is none the less debilitating. Appreciate the ease of checking in with a VA Id. My appreciation [NAME REMOVED]

The front office staff were great, and helped so much. The internet was very slow, and sometimes stopped, and the iPad I was using to log in stopped working several times….but other than that…excellent

The facility was clean and well organized. The staff was courteous. My nurse was efficient, well informed and answered all of my questions. This was my first visit to this facility in Collierville and I was very pleased with the experience.

Getting a COVID testing appointment was super easy. Everyone was professional and courteous. Facility was super clean. The test was quick and painless and the nurse explained the procedure and when the results would be ready. They were ready the next day. Doctor came in after and asked if I had any questions. I did not because everything was explained thoroughly. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Extremity Recommended. Thank you for everything you do.

Very courteous and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long and they didn’t try to do unnecessary tests just to charge more. It’s always been easy to schedule and be seen without a hassle
