With the current virus being present, I was a bit disappointed in the lobby and the front desk staff. I saw a lack of sanitation occurring. The example: the pads given to clients, the handling of payments,the chairs, and the front door. Front desk spent time on her personal cell phone and was not very warm to guest. The nurse and Doctors were very good.

Tested for COVID- walk in- no appointment. All the staff was very caring, very patient. The test was done very efficiently and the nurse and PA were again very caring and very patient. I was in and out in about an hour. Very efficient, very caring. Made the whole scary situation a lot better. Thank you.

They were efficient and friendly. I arrived late in the day after they were accepting new patients however when I inquired further about my chief complaint they accommodated me, affording me the treatment I needed on my schedule.
