The location for someone in West Corona is convenient and located in a multi-business strip mall called a village (cute). The facility presents as clean, comfortable, and inviting with lots of parking. The staff was very professional and friendly. The downfall was I had a 6pm appointment for a COVID nose swab; arrived 20 minutes early; but did not leave the facility until 730pm. Not sure if the practice was understaffed due to the circumstances of COVID, Since my Medicare MAPD HMO plan has this in the location I will definitely have this office on the top of my list as an Urgent Care Center when my local Yorba Linda MD office is closed. Thank you again for your excellent service!!
