Very friendly staff

It is generally easy to make an appointment and be seen when necessary. What I am not pleased with is that my daughter and myself were both tested for Covid 2 weeks ago. While I was able to receive my results through Quest online in 3 days, I still do not have her results, nor am able to receive them. Shouldn’t Carespot follow up with patients when testing is done?

Very professional from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The nurse practitioner was nice and you felt as though she truly cared about your well being. The nurses were also professional and thorough. The receptionist was knowledgeable and nice.

All of you are kind, very professionals, you are taking care of everything about this virus 🦠 The Doctor was very gentle and knowledgeable, his assistants were very nice, excellent care and service I just love you all!!! I already recommend this place to many Disney Employees!!! Thank you all for being such a wonderful human being with such a wonderful heart ❤️

I liked that the appointments were on time and the premises seem to be clean and taken care of. The front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions.
