The staff was very friendly and understanding. Dr Lopez was very gentle calming and explained things to me so I can understand. On the flip side I have not received my results from my COVID test. I’m very worried and not getting my results is making it worse

Online registration. Friendliness of staff. Ease of signing in. My elderly mother was there for a COVID test required to start attending an adult daycare. She was treated with care and kindness, took her temperature, BP and listened to heart and breathing. I had gone to Carespot in a different city but was more impress with this location.
