Clean Easy Simple if you registered in advance People very friendly System easy. Test simple. Lots of site activity. Staff kept if flowing. Better signage would have helped. No pre-registered people in a line to log In! Staff should have all same tee shirts Get better sign in apps and buy some iPads! I got my test. At $150 per test, you could have done more tests per hoy. Somebody saved $1.00 to lose $2,000

I tried to make an appointment for a Covid test at several places, but the only one that responded in a timely and accurate fashion is CareSpot. You sent me a text 24 hours before the appointment, that’s awesome. Mask was provided (I had left mine at home, so thank you), safe distancing, courteous staff, clean and modern environment. The only thing was that the girl in front of me at the counter had a bunch of symptoms (chest pressure, coughing, back ache…) and used an ipad for signing in. When It was my turn to approach the receptionist, I was nervous about touching the counter, and I specifically asked for another ipad. The receptionist said she was keeping track of the “dirty” ones and wiping them down, which is good. Doctor (or RNP) was very pleasant, the nose swabbing was painless. Clear instructions re: test results thru Quest. Overall a great experience. Am real glad it was really short though (that I wasn’t sicker).

Staff was very friendly, clean facility, the provider took her time to answer any and all questions and was very knowledgeable about COVID. Same with the dr or person followed up with my test results. He was very patient and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. I will And have highly recommended Medpost to others
