I was early to my app. When I finished filling out my information they took me to the ex.room. I had my test done and then, I was not expecting to see the PA. All of the staff was very nice.

We had an appointment and the staff was excellent.

Once we addressed the fact that someone erroneously cancelled my appointment the visit was fine. I did get into the building within 20 minutes of my appointed time and while the wait was lengthy in a treatment room, the PA was efficient, appeared to understand my situation and knew what needed to be done. The visit was at expectation, it is a busy place.
