Personnel were friendly and helpful. Saw some patients with masks that were not over their noses and social distancing could have been much better. Time to get results for COVID is too long!

The environment was very clean and the staff was friendly and informative. The provider that did my swab explained everything in a way I understood and listened to my questions and concerns about Covid-19. It was super easy to make my appointment on line and I liked the confirmation format.

Staff was welcoming and attentive. Facility was cleaner than most hospital ER’s. The doctor on call was kind, thoughtful and patient. I didn’t feel rushed or cheated out of quality care.
