Making an appointment was easy online… and you accepted my veteran status AND my girlfriend’s insurance. I can’t just walk in willy nilly though… I have to have a VA referral.

Your staff of doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. The check in gal on the other hand needs to brush up on her knowledge of insurance you accept, and not argue about whether you accept it or not. I know there is a lot of stress right now, but know your job.

I’ve used CareSpot several times, the staff was always very friendly and professional, and my issues were resolved at a reasonable cost. My only complaint is that wait times can be substantial, even with an appointment.
