The gentleman at the front desk, Caleb was extremely professional. He cared about the patients being seen in a timely manner. He also made sure to politely enforce the rules of using sanitizer and face masks at all times while in the waiting area.

Clean and practicing Covid procedures to the max. Everyone was cordial though the receptionist was alone and seemed a bit harried but who wouldn’t be in that position in a pandemic.

Lonnie was very patient, cordial and professional with some of the people waiting to be seen and those like myself who were walk-ins. It seemed like she was the only one manning the front desk at times, but she handled it, as I said, very professionally even when a lady who was sent from the VA hospital was being very belligerent to her. Kudos to Lonnie for handling her and everyone else like a champ!

Muy diigentes, atentos, amables. Apezar de que hubo que esperar mucho rato se sentia buen ambiente. Las enfermeras y doxtores fuero muy amables. Tuvieron la delicadeza de tomarse el tiempo para escruchar y atender todo lo que le deciamos. Gracias por todo y siempre es un placer acudir a lugares asi cuando el trato hacia el ser humano se distingue. Dios los bendiga y os cubra.
