I was pleased with the cleanliness, the patience of the woman behind the desk, and the ability to get tested as a walk in since someone did not show up at their appointed time. I also liked that you had to wait in your car to be called.

The staff is very caring and upbeat. Even with the long and tiresome days due to all the testing they never make you feel as though you’re a bother. I also feel that everything is very organized. I enjoy coming there.

With all the testing going on I was still able to get my appointment in a reasonable time. The only thing I had a problem with was a phone call from (nurses) that I didn’t recognize on my caller id. No message but I was never able to call back at either number. If I need to know what you were calling about how do I see who was calling and why.

After calling two separate locations with no answer. It certainly was a relief to find a location open for service. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Plus close to my house.
