Hats off to the ladies out front. The patience it takes to deal with patients that are frustrated and cranky yet still maintain a professional demeanor. As I was online waiting this lady walked in badgering the staff about a daycare next door and people waiting on line outside which is completely out of their control was so ridiculous. Not sure the staff members name but she handled herself professionally and maintained her composure. Thanks for dealing with the crazies during all this madness. You are doing the best you can and just doing your job. Xoxo
