The young lady that was taking the appointments for COVID testing and also the same person who checked us in later that day, was so friendly and helpful. I watched her interact with numerous patients while waiting and she was so professional and carrying with each of them. I did not catch her name but she was a young African American girl (the location is 51st street and Baseline in Phoenix). Kudos to her!
