Karen your office contact sincerely needs special recognition. I have not had anyone take such an interest in helping resolve an issue as she did. She is kind and unselfish and professional. I can’t stress enough how she makes that office run and stay efficient. I sat and watched her and she did all things right when it came to making the patients feel special while remaining on task. The rest of the team was upbeat and kind, cheerful but not saccharin or insincere. What a wonderful team.
