Polite check in. Up front with time we had to wait. Offered alternative time to return. PA was great and listened to my daughter who is under the autism spectrum. They also let me come back with her for communication reasons.

Appt available on line. The APRN/ARNP Victor was really great. Down to business and diagnosed and finished up. The only fault I have is the lobby. The light fixtures on the ceiling need to be cleaned and bugs removed. The vents and the surrounding tiles need to be cleaned. It makes you feel like the air being circulated isn’t clean.

Even though the office was short staffed, I was cared for in a timely manner. I came in with a pain level of 10 and left at a pain level of 3. You guys are my go to when I cannot get to my PCP. Thank you to everyone from the front desk to the PA and the tech. You guys rock.
