Organized, polite service and easy access to test results

1st visit: sanitized office. direct, sincere, front staff womyn. front staff womyn sanitized area, kindly reminded patients of social distancing rules and instructed us where to sit and came to us (back and forth from front desk) to provide/collect forms, sanitized our drivers license when returning it back to us (critical detail), multi-tasked in office patients and constant phone calls to the office. front staff womyn handled an in-office patient (who became angry for waiting too long) with calm, offered options even when client was rude and walked out. i was on time but waited an hour to be seen by the doctor (which is ok with me but i would’ve preferred to wait in my car until called in). dr. juanita moore was great. 2nd visit (3 days later): two front staff were more laxed, reminded of social distancing but no instructions. covid19 exposed patients in office, again i would’ve preferred to wait in my car until called in. dr. juanita was great.

Personnel was very professional and friendly. Proceeders were quick and handled with safety of the clients and staff a top concern. I already refered my daughter and her family to go to Medpost for their corona testing.

The staff is very friendly and kind. they made me feel like a person and not a number. Kudos to all staff and Doctor Hussain. ( not spelled correctly I’m sure). Hugo that did my test made me feel very relaxed.
