Your staff at the front-Miguel was very friendly on the phone and in person. The nurse who took me to the back was the only one who was not empathetic to how I was feeling and when telling her why I was there that my doctor recommended I go there for a chest X-ray, she was very stern to say that “our” doctors will determine what you need, we don’t do what other doctors want. Which I can understand but her attitude and demeanor seemed very inappropriate. I unfortunately didn’t get her name. However the actual doctor Krista Warren Hall, she was very polite and showed empathy and was very thorough in her assessment. She did several tests and proscribed medicines as she could clearly see I was suffering. She was even attentive after to remind me about doctors notes for my work.
