I enjoyed the service in care spot the front team was very informative and helpful and the medical staff was very knowledgeable making me feel at ease during my testing.

Considering the hectic circumstances in regards to COVID-19, I think CareSpot did a great job of organizing patients. Staff was straightforward and honest in their answers to patients regarding wait times. The staff made testing for Corona itself quick and easy. The only thing I would think to improve is the call-back time for results, and informing patients on how to access them through Quest.
