Staff is very kind, courteous, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about paperwork and insurance. I live nearly an hour away, and have local options, but scheduled my appointment at this Carespot because of how efficient it is. I also love the option to schedule an appointment online.

I have been to Care Spot many times over the last couple years. The doctors and staff are excellent. Wait time has been good but even better now that you can schedule an appointment online. And they follow up with a text that asks you if you want a call from the facility and to call them if you have any questions. While I have a primary care physician, sometimes it is more convenient to go to Care Spot.
