The docs were encouraging and answered all our questions. Only negative feedback I would offer is that it is impossible to talk to anyone via phone for follow-up after you have seen the doctor. In my case with test results they called me back but I was resting and could not answer. When I tried to call back no one would answer the phone.

Always easy to get in without a long wait time. Always takes cares of our problems – very knowledgeable and kind people in back. I cannot say the same about the lady at the checkin desk. Not friendly at all even when given a compliment. Once past her the staff is very professional and friendly and they truly care.

We go to MedPost for all after hours and weekend needs. They are always very professional and do everything to help put my children at ease. Fern Docekal P.A. is wonderful. My kids ask if she will be their doctor every time we go. She always soothes them and makes them feel better about any tests they need. We are so fortunate to have Fern at our MedPost.

The quick need. however what I did not like is that the doctors scared my daughter so bad that she cried the entire way home and we lived in Palm Bay. she told my daughter that her heart rate was very high and it scared the crap out of her. I think that the doctors there should have a lot better bedside manner. I think that things should be explained better when it comes to the actual doctor. The nurses and the medical assistants were completely and absolutely amazing. My daughter wanted the guy that actually gave the test to explain to her what was going on with her heart rate. But he obviously is not able to do that because he doesn’t have the credentials to do that. So please talk to that doctor make sure that she has better bedside manner she was not rude but the way that she said things scared the crap out of my thirteen-year-old. but overall I love the place. It was the only place that I could find that would take my daughter because she is not 18 to get tested for covid-19. And I am completely grateful for that.
