Girl at front desk and assistance to the doctor asked if I wanted to covid-19 test. Both never mention I will be off from work for 5 days. Doctor told me when I saw her. Poor business.

1) COVID testing wait time was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the Public testing sight! (I was already anxiously upset because I was dismissed from work for the day for having symptoms and asked to be tested.) 2) Reception staff was WARM, WELCOMING, and UNDERSTANDING! I appreciate this because I was so upset about the prospect of having COVID. 3) My wait time was a fraction of what I thought it was going to be since I was only being tested. 4) PA offered a SOLUTION to the symptoms.

We were there for a Covid test. The receptionist tried to keep everyone spaces out safely while letting as many people in the air conditioned lobby as possible. It was pretty unbearable standing outside in line for an hour in the hot Florida sun waiting to be let in. I think the employees did the best they could under the circumstances. However, it would have been much better and safer to come out with iPads to check everyone in and then have patients wait in their cars to be called inside for testing. I felt very bad for the people waiting outside in 90 degree heat when we left from getting tested.

The front desk person was great. She Was courteous listened to my issue and got me into the schedule for that day considering I’m still working full time and have 2 young kids so my schedule is very tight on availability. And the doctor was fantastic. He listened as well, gave good thorough instructions and eased my fears. Definitely a positive experience!
