I was impressed with the process and the front desk staff. We were the last walkins they took and they treated eveyone after us patiently, explaining the situation. The process of the covid testing was also very good from check-in, to the test, to talking to the doctor.

Touchscreen for entering information. Measures like using face mask and hand sanitizer. IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTION: A box was provided for not entering phone (not contacting) but the software does not allow selection (checking) of this box. A phone number has to be entered to move to the next section of entering data. Hope this issue is fixed.
