So helpful from the very beginning, our phone to ask about Covid testing, the office visit, everything and everyone in the office. PA and nurse explained everything they did and answered all our questions. Definitely would recommend and return if I need an urgent care facility. Thank you and God bless you all.

Friendly, cautious about safety, timely w/appt.; not quite as efficient as I would have preferred, but considering the amount of patients attempting to be seen, I understand; my husband and I were both tested last Wed. (6/24/20), and we saw different technicians, and received different information; my print out was not correct w/medications, and basic info, which had to be reprinted twice, and still was incorrect w/med. info.

Appointment went fine but I had a Covid test and I’m being charged. I confirmed before the appointment that it was no charge. So the $50 copay needs to be adjusted. [NAME REMOVED] [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]. DOB 5/16/1967. Thanks!
