Usually very fast and professional. Went to Cerritos location on Xmas day and ultimately due to fractures was placed on Medical Disability and trying to get documentation for employer was near impossible. Also, their x-ray technician needs to be trained on removal of jewelry if necessary to obtain x-ray and patient has no problem with jewelry being cut off . Went to Lakewood location for daughter on Wednesday and was a walk-in yet wait time was less then 10 minutes. Only concern was, I asked receptionist after completing very minimal info on tablet at check-in why question regarding any known allergies was not included. Receptionist stated the nurse in back will be asking more medical information yet, was never addressed. Met with a PA, she was very nice, had X-rays done and informed of diagnosis and we were then done. Was quite surprised no paperwork at all was given upon our dismissal. I’ve always received papers indicating visit, diagnosis and recommended treatment plan yet this visit not one piece of paperwork was offered.
