I like being able to schedule or place-hold online. I especially like Amanda at your Palm Desert facility. She is direct, efficient, task focused, and amazingly proficient at her job. She is also delightful as a conversationalist and impeccably dressed.

I’m a new patient. I had what I thought was a minor issue that was actually a lot more serious. My provider and his treatment team were awesome. Thorough and showed appropriate concern without being alarming. I feel confident with my treatment plan and am at ease about my outcome. I think that’s what healthcare is supposed to look like. As a healthcare worker I did see room for improvement potential in some areas, but it isn’t enough to disway my opinion of the practice as a whole. I did see the “hiring” sign, so I believe those issues have been acknowledged and are being addressed. I am very happy with my new PCP.
