I thought the staff at this CareSpot was so friendly and nice. From walking in to being seen, everyone just seemed in a great mood that helped put me in a good mood. It was a nice experience.

All the staff was friendly and helpful at a time when I was not at my best communicating my needs. They patiently and professionally made me feel at ease during the process. They were also great to follow up with me to check my progress.

I liked how cleaned the office looked. The staff especially the gentleman this morning. I forgot his name, but he has glasses, short hair, color black. He is so kind, his customer service I love. The fact that he has to repeat the same sentence everytime a guest comes in, sanitize your hand etc etc.. his mood never. Plus it seems he was training a new member this morning, helping out the guest, phone calls , very professional. This is my second time in this location. They don’t have any appointments do to the high volume of people getting tested, but I got there at 6am. They opened at 7am I was out by 7:30pm. Loved it.
