All of the staff were very supportive of one another and communicated well with each other and the clients. It was apparent that it had been a very busy day as I had to wait over 3hrs to be seen, and observed multiple people coming in to have questions answered and inquire about results due to the phones being down that day. Despite the volume of clients and obvious stressors your staff were all super professional and compassionate to everyone coming in, even those who were rude and observably upset by the wait times & their own COVID relates fears.
