Although mask and hand sanitizer is available at the entrance accompanyed by a sign stating mask are mandatory, a person walked in, walked right up to the admission desk without a mask and was immediately waited on. The receptionist did not ask them to put on a mask nor even bring the persons attention to the sign that requires mandatory mask wearing. A few minutes after that person left they returned and the same exact thing happened again! Not cool! My wife and I are sitting in the waiting room waiting for the coronavirus test watching this. If we didn’t have the virus when we came in we sure as hell could have it after visiting CareSpot! What good is it to do all the preventive steps if those steps are ignored by employees failure to enforce procedures!!!

Well it was the first time I tried it at first the lady said will get you in whenever possible and I thought oh boy it’s gonna be a long wait but somehow she managed to get me in early because she seen me and I look like I was in pain not really sure but she got me in within less than an hour and I truly appreciate it….. So Big shout out to the girl in the front who made it happen
