The nurse and dr were very nice. My only issue is why they were not being more careful with this virus. Should have made people wait in cars like other places are.

Location is convenient, easy to access, clean, organized and I felt comfortable inside. The staff is calm and friendly even during a pandemic answering the same things patient after patient. My virtual spot in line worked great and I was in and out pretty quickly. The text messages and call backs are such a nice touch to keep my care going even after walking away. The best factor is still the staff though. They were pleasant to be around even though I felt ill and I’m sure they are tired trying to fight COVID. They make the difference.
