After getting past the reception area, I was greeted by Mitch, a Mr do everything Extrordinaire. He was just what I needed to not feel horrible. Upbeat, personable, efficient. He took my vitals with ease, later he also took my X-rays. I know his secret… he had candy … I think they were jolly ranchers Mitch was very positive and constantly moving.
