Treated well. Accepts my Cigna insurance (though tier 2). Convenient location. Reception, nurse and doctor were personable, effecient. And, they made I think correct diagnosis and treatment plan and were good about explaining it. Only one missing element was preparing me for the pharmacy / insurance substituting antibiotic == when I picked it up it was different than the treatment plan and I was afraid there was a mix up till I discussed with the pharmacist.

Getting an appointment online was very easy, though I was only able to get spots on the hour, not in 15 min intervals. I needed three appointments back to back so I chose 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30. Once I got to the office, however, the front desk employee was able to send my two sons and me back together. I really appreciated this accommodation, especially in this stressful time of pandemic.

Everyone there is great EXCEPT for the guy that works the front desk/answers the phone through the week. He is literally the worst. First off you have to call at least 2 times, let it ring 20 times before just hanging up and calling back. If you’re lucky he will answer the 3 time only to put you on hold for so long you decide to hang up.

First of all, it went pretty fast. Was out of there in less than an hour. Everyone was nice and friendly and very clean. I would definately go back.

Professional, friendly and helped me get what I needed. My foot was infected so the NP wanted me to go directly to the Baptist Hospital ER. She called to let them know I was on my way. All is now well.
