Hi My husband went for the first time right before Covid became a common word . He was taken care of right away, he is not a fan of Dr ‘s visits ir shits , even the thermometer makes him want to vomit. The nurse and Dr were great and very understanding to his emotions and to the way he felt , he had a cold and felt crummy! The exam was fast and painless I remember him telling me that was the nicest Dr visit he had ever had. Hearing say something like that really holds a lot of weight. I recently was there to have a Covid test and also made appointment for my coworkers who also needed testing. I referred my best friend there too for headaches she was having.
