The receptionist was really nice and the doctor that spoke was me was very kind and sweet. It was very nice that they squeezed me in even though they were really busy. I really appreciated that a ton being that my sister was positive for covid19 a couple days before, so it was really urgent I take the Covid-19 test!

Everyone is friendly and thoughtful! Never have had a long wait time. I have never felt rushed and I have always felt that I have been listened to and have been well understood. My questions have always been answered thoroughly. I never feel rushed through the instruction time given at the end of the visit and have always been encouraged to ask further questions if needed. Staff is very knowledgeable, competent, caring and supportive. I have always been encouraged to call with further questions or problems. I have even had someone call to check up on me! One time I did call from home with further questions and someone got back to me in a reasonable period of time. I have had very positive experiences.
