I thought your services once you got in the room were very professional. My technician and my PA were both very friendly and thorough. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice however I think most of the people were there to get a Covid 19 test and there needs to be a better system then people sitting in the waiting room coughing during this pandemic. I would suggest checking in, giving your name, insurance card and cell phone number, license and then texting the patient in the car when it is their turn. I sat there and filled out everything on the iPad and the iPad did not work. I had an appointment but it was still 45 min. That I would have been in that room with other sick people. I heard one cough and I went to my car. My husband stayed in the office. People like me who know they exposed but don’t have symptoms could be more exposed from people coughing.
