Very nice and caring. Bite did get worse over night. Had to go to Baptist South and had IV meds and sent home with RX for steroid. It’s now been a week and bite is still a little red. Shot I was given at Care Spot for itching didn’t help at all. I did receive a text asking if I wanted someone from Care Spot to call me. I said yes but no one ever called.

It is easy to make appointments. The staff is always friendly and helpful and take time to spend and answer all my questions. I feel like they care when I’m sick and want to help best they can.
