Once you get seen, even with an appointment it can take FOREVER, but once you are seen, rest assured, it’s by professionals that actually take care of you and are competent without the air of “we are better than you God complex attitudes; just hard working humans helping others. I just want to say that the time it took to get through and get seen was very very long. But the staff at the San Jose location (with the exception of the woman working the front desk whose attitude was rather terrible), we’re almost all very nice. The X-ray tech was awesome. I believe his name was Travis or something similar. We had a few very fun conversations. He used to be a server like me and talked about how he’d been doing this job for 20+ years. That guy is awesome and deserves a raise if not for anything else then just for his people skills.

The front seat lady was super nice. I asked her if she can help me with my driver license since I just got my nails done! And she helped me! She was even willing to put it back. What a great customer service! And super warm to patients. I was observing her with other patients and she gave stickers to two little children after their appointments with lollipops. Made my day!

The P.A., Olivia Simpson, is terrific. She knows what the patient is experiencing outside of just the medical issue – such as Worker’s Comp or phone-tagging with other providers. She also has a warm “bedside manner.” She manages to speed the appointments up without talking over the patient or being brusque. Of course, she knows her stuff medically. If I ever again burn the side of my face on a long, hot pole or damage my forearm tendons hoisting a donut glazer, I will definitely end up here.
