The speed and friendliness The two ladies checked me in were great I hurt my back really bad cleaning gardening They asked for my id and insurance card me asked me to sit When they were done with documents, they said I could come get them When they saw me struggle, they politely laughed with me and brought them to me. I was thankful as it would of been a battle The nurse who took my vitals was great and friendly The nurse practioner I think his name was Travis asked a lot of great to diagnose my issue as it was very spastic back I appreciated the question and answer, not just jumped to a conclusion The young lady who administered the steroids was super helpful as it was hard for me to move Thanks to everyone I am still in a lot of pain but getting better as I can sleep at night
