I was very pleased with the professionalism of the receptionist in the office when I came in for my visit. I regret not getting her name. She’s an excellent representative for Baptist South… Very professional, and efficient. I left the Baptist South urgent care feeling like I was actually a patient, and not just a visitor. I’ve been to several urgent cares in the area in the three years I’ve lived in North Florida. By far the Durbin office well exceeds the service/treatment I received as a patient elsewhere.

It was clean very organized which was very important to me. Wait time in the waiting room very short I was seeing and I was at the door before I knew it. I’m a person with little time by working two jobs so this work very well for me
