Everyone was helpful, friendly and very attentive. Quick but knowledgeable.

The staff all were kind and supportive. You were fully booked and I had to be seen on Sunday because I was in pain. I was told that I might have to wait till after 7p.m. I said it was alright. BUT maybe, someone was late or cancelled, I was seen faster (checked in at 3:45pm and was called in and seen by the Dr at 4pm) Thank you.

Laura at the front desk was fantastic. She was kind and knowledgeable. She was pleasant on the phone and actually cared if I came to your facility or not. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived. You couldn’t have a more perfect person at the front desk. With everything going on in the world right now, people are stressed. Laura was kind. As was the nurse and the provider. The facility was clean and set up for social distancing. I recommend Care Spot to anyone needing treatment. They knocked it out of the park.
